While our friends and supporters are generous to a fault, sometime life precludes them from following up on their offers of assistance. With that said, we are going in a different direction than originally anticipated for the countertop for the engineers workstation.

This countertop was found on eBAY for less then the material cost of one of the countertops that were offered, even with shipping from it’s current location . Costs are being covered by one of our members, so no impact on the financials.

On a plus note, it gives us room for both the engineer and someone to work social media during a podcast or live event.

The “new” (to us anyway) countertop is  94.5 inches wide and 40.5 inches deep at the edges, 26.5 inches deep at the center operator position.  There is some sign of wear and rubbing on the back where the desktop was up against the wall.
